Villa “Kalliopi” and Villa “Sofia” have two floors. The ground floor (40m2) consists of kitchen, bathroom and living room with fireplace and convertible sofa, which can accommodate two people
An interior staircase leads to the first floor (40m2) which consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two singles, with private bathrooms (one with jacuzzi).
The verandas (ground floor and first floor) overlook the garden and swimming pool, and offer the opportunity to a magnificent side view of Agios Nikitas village and bay.
It is ideal for family with grown children, two couples or group of up to six friends.

Villa Irene
Open Plan Villa

Our open-plan villa “Irene” is equiped with a double bed, a convertable sofa (can sleep 1-2) and kitchen in a main area. The bathrooom includes bathtub.
The veranda offering garden and swimming pool views, has also side view to the village and the Ionian Sea, depending on the growth of plants.
It is ideal for couples, but would also accomodate family with one or two small kids.
